Deployed to Vietnam in November 1969 – January 1971
Attached to the 11th Armor Cavalry Regiment: I Troop 3rd Platoon, 11th ACR (Blackhorse). Basically no home base, spent almost of the entire 14 months "Busting Jungle”. Spent the "full” 2 months of the Cambodia Campaign in Cambodia. When leaving Cambodia back to Vietnam, photographers were there. My Picture is in the July 13, 1970 issue of Newsweek.
